Welcome to Beartown Rickshaw

What could be nicer than to be taken for a free ride around Congleton Park, Astbury Mere or Biddulph Valley Way in a rickshaw with somebody else doing all the work and all you have to do is admire the view and feel the wind in your hair. Maybe stop for a hot drink, maybe see some friends for a chat.

All this is possible with the Beartown Rickshaw. Now you can get that “wind in your hair” feeling again, get out in the fresh air, travel slowly, meet people, chat to your driver, enjoy yourself, relax.

Each passenger is securely strapped in and a comfortable foot step can be raised or lowered to enable you to easily get on and off the rickshaw. If the weather is a bit inclement then we can raise the hood and provide a warm blanket.

We offer free, circular, leisure rides to anyone who is experiencing social isolation or limited mobility and really wants to get out in the fresh air safely and securely. We can take you to Congleton Park, Astbury Mere, Biddulph Valley Way or a ride around Congleton town.
